AlStat hemostatic gel effectively eliminates minor gingival bleeding.
AlStat is recommended to control bleeding and gingival oozing during restorations and operative dentistry, particularly during crown and veneer preparations.
AlStat supports the use of gingival retraction cord by controlling bleeding and facilitating insertion of cord into sulculus.
Advantages: Eliminates minor bleeding intraorally, especially useful on esthetic zones; Clear gel that does not leave residues or staining; Rinses off easily; Good compatibility with soft tissue; Does not interfere with bonding; Convenient syringe delivery and refill system.
Clinical Procedure: Rub AlStat hemostatic gel against the bleeding tissues until bleeding stops; If using retraction cord, pack cord into the sulcus area around the tooth and leave for 1-3 minutes; Remove retraction cord and spray with air/water. If bleeding persists, rub AlStat gel onto the sulcus area again and leave for 1-3 minutes; Rinse off.
Store below 30 degrees C.
